The room was impeccably clean with about 12 tables, and we slept very well. The food was delightful, very good service. Location: the hotel was next to the Insurgentes metro station, the city center which is the main disadvantage and Very close to interesting neighborhoods.

You are not aloud guests. So if you have any you have to talk in the lobby or the dining area, which both areas are very loud. Internet is very poor.
Poor internet, no individual a/c in the rooms, low water pressure. Outlets in very odd and Inconvenient places my room god no hot water

The location is fantastic, with key areas just a short walk away. The shower was great with great water pressure and consistent hot water.
The only downside was the internet connection, mostly reliable, but there were some moments of instability.

I stayed at segovia regency for 8 nights and felt right at home! The area is fantastic, close to everything. The food at the hotel was delicious, and i felt completely safe the whole time. Azucena, the cleaner, was especially kind and helpful. Upon arrival, the staff took my bag upstairs.
